This project includes a modular set to build your own American inspired residential houses/suburban environment with all of the assets, materials, plus an example map shown in the images. Includes both exterior and interior modular pieces. Each asset was created to a high quality and standard suitable for AAA quality visuals.

Additional Information:

• Example map comes with 9 houses that have full interiors and several background houses with no interiors
• One Example house fully furnished on the Residential Houses Level
• Example map lighting is static that is fully baked
• The pack comes with furniture for all rooms and a full modular kitchen
• Highly customizable with the ability to apply custom tillable textures for floors, walls and ceilings
• Included example colors for interior and exterior walls; colors are changeable within their material instances
• Building assets are separate from external and internal for better culling and/or making houses with no interiors

• Enable Plugins > Volumetrics - for volumetric clouds on "Residential Houses" example map
• (Optional) Recommended using Hardware Ray Tracing Support for Lumen for best indirect lighting results

• Added 260 new meshes
• Added 163 new textures

• New interior assets, furniture, appliances, decorations etc
• Some existing assets have been updated, some with the ability to change colors in the material editor
• Updated Example level to include one house fully furnished
• Added Furniture Asset Zoo Level

• (Version 4.25+) Added Blueprint versions of the example houses shown on the example level, includes 9 houses with interiors, 1 Garage and 12 houses without interiors
