Touch Editor is still in development and new features will be added with each update. The price will change as much more features get added to the plugin. Touch Editor is fully functioning in UE5 EA but i cannot upload a compatible version on Marketplace. See documentation for compiling this plugin for UE5 EA.
Setup Touch Interface for mobile can be a slow and annoying process because Touch Interface Asset is data only (Data Asset). Touch Editor is a plugin that lets you create or edit existing Touch Interface Asset in your project with a visual editor. With the WYSIWYG user interface, Touch Editor speeds up the process of adjusting the virtual button and joystick for mobile control.
Currently, I'm using Editor Utility Widget to create Touch Editor. This demonstrates the powerfulness of EUW and you can learn from this plugin how to make a simple tool with it. However, I'm planning to use Slate for better usability and to add more features.
