The pack is a part of Mech Constructor series, and can be expanded by The Spiders and Tanks , The Humanoid Robots , The Turrets , and the other assets. The textures match, and most of the parts are interchangeable.

The pack contains over 300 different modules, that will allow you to create numerous combinations of flying, land vehicles and spaceships. Demo level contains 35 assembled units. The poly count of units varies from 4000 to 8000 tris.

The units are assembled by putting the corresponding parts into their sockets:

  • Start with chassis - it's the base that has the sockets for the other parts
  • Attach the cockpit mesh to the "mount_cockpit" socket and it will snap into place
  • The cockpit, in its turn, has the sockets for attaching more parts
  • Continue the same way by attaching side parts, wings, weapons etc.


  • Plane landing gear: pack, unpack
  • Propellers: rotation animation - simple and with the blurred effect
  • Cannons: recoil animations
  • The "Claw" part: pinch, grab and convert to landing gear
  • Root Motion animations for wheeled vehicles: go forward, turn while going forward
  • Root Motion container for flying units. Drop the assembled vehicle inside and control its motion with animations: flying forward, strafing, turning while flying forward

Additional Notes:

  • All the chassis are oriented the right way so 4-wheeled ones would work with built-in Wheeled Vehicle blueprint
  • However, all the other parts are turned 90 degrees for compatibility with the rest of Mech Construstor packages, and start facing the right way after attaching those to the sockets in the chassis parts
  • The right-side parts are just mirrored (scaled by -1) after attaching to their sockets
  • Assembled (by Epic Games Vehicle Blueprint tutorial) and working 4-wheeled vehicle in the project
  • 38 tiny parts for building rocket weapons (without any sockets to put them together)
