This simple tool / parent spline class is easy to use and can be used as a replacement for the base Spline parent class. This blueprint has been designed solely to alter the visual editorial representation of your spline systems and does not affect gameplay or in-game performance.
As-of recently this pack now includes a robust Spline Mesh system, which is a child of the Measurement Spline parent; the spline mesh components are generated seamlessly. Three legacy blueprints have also been included, if needed for any reason.
This tool was originally designed with a railway system in mind; thanks to this, the tool scales the text values based on the spline length, this makes it easier to read when working with long spline meshes and large measurements.
Almost everything in these blueprints is customisable. Please be aware that many of the variables should be altered through text, rather than using the mouse to slide the values; this is primarily caused when working with long/complex splines systems; this customisation can be intensive at times (which I am working to improve over time). All of these settings can be found under 'Measurement Spline Settings' and 'Mesh Spline Settings'.
Please be aware - these blueprints and not just components; meaning that you should either make a copy of the Measurement Spline blueprint you wish to use, or create a child which will inherit all of this functionality for you to build upon.
