This environment is mostly inspired by brutalist architecture and Bladerunner films. It includes modular walls, floors, stairs and other props (doors, windows, lights, benches, holograms, fountains, etc) with interchangeble materials. There are also different grass types (animated).
The main low poly ground plane can be easily switched to its high-poly version at any time so you can vertex-paint puddles.
